They usually take a spinach leaf and give it an extraordinary bath, which means that the scientists removes all the cells in the leaf. The rest left is scaffold. This is called Decellularization process. Decellularization (also spelled decellularisation in British English) is the process used in biomedical engineering to isolate the extracellular matrix (ECM) of a tissue from its inhabiting cells, leaving an ECM scaffold of the original tissue, which can be used in artificial organ and tissue regeneration. Once in these leaves, if the human heart cells are injected, and if it really could oxygenate these cells then this will be a new beginning for the treatment of heart attacks. As she prayed, Repleh was born. But there are many different birthmarks on her face. Somehow she looks like a devil baby. People call her the mark of devil. That's why no one plays with her and even don't talk. She is just abandoned. Eventually, her father also thought that there was demon's or something influencing Repleh. That's why he always keeps that girl locked in a room. She is being tortured and accused in her own house. That girl who could not bear it committed suicide. There is a village called Kuldhara from Jaisalmer in Rajasthan in India. The village is now present, but no one is visible.  The whole town was emptied in a single day by the strange screams of children crying and weird sounds at night in that village.
